Job Summary:
The HVAC-R Technician performs mechanical diagnostics on a variety of building systems, providing clients with proposed solutions discovered through the diagnostic process. The technician needs a strong acumen in chillers, boilers, RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, refrigeration, controls, and other building mechanical systems.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose building mechanical systems (including but not limited to: RTUs, split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, AHU and VAV).
- Must be familiar with Gas and Oil Units
- Capable of repairing and/or installing proposed diagnosis for steam and hydronic systems.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and perform annual maintenance and cleaning on the above units
- Manage onsite communication with customers and facility directors.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bronx, NY 10454: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- HVAC: 1 year (Required)

Responsibility
