The training videos were much too loud and a few of them repeated. There was also a video that had a watermark the specifically said that it was a preview only, not to be used for training purposes. The exam itself was also way too specific and expected you to memorize the entire DOB chapter on scaffolds to the letter. Knowing a true or false about a specific keyword from 3314.4.3.4.2 is unrealistic of an expectation.

Several typos in the written portions. Videos were too loud compared to the rest of the audio narration. And the final review video repeated the previous 2 portions verbatim, which were the fatal incidents. Fatal incidents also had a "results" version, which also repeated the fatal incidents verbatim, plus an additional section for the OSHA results. This resulted in the review video repeating the same things 4 times for 5 incidents.
