discrepancies in noting height of the guardrail. Some section are just too administrative and not practical. 4 hours user does not need to know details of permit process. too much of regulatory language discussed. This is not a superintendent or competent person targeted training. I assume majority of trainees are workers. time is better spent discussing practical information. some information is just too detached (eg. welding hazards description is a one liner that says welding is hazardous!!) Although i did receive the needed information, but i can see how a worker can be very detached from the training material. Videos were good.
