The course was really helpful, the only suggestion I have is to make the course a little more interactive maybe add some questions you can answer throughout the presentation.

The same information is presented over and over and over again. All that was done to create this course was include manufacture video after manufacturer video. I believe that even some of the same videos were played more than once throughout the training. I will sign-up for an in person class before I do this online training again. I chose Able over Site Safety, Llc because it was $95 cheaper. I would rather have paid the extra $95 and taken the class at Site Safety, Llc. I am an SSM here in NYC and I used to recommend Able Safety to other construction workers but after this experience I will not be giving any recommendations to use Able Safety. It has been a very poor experience.
